If I have Free package in my classified, all my user has to do is to copy & paste his last ad and submit a new posting right? Isn't that also make their original ad top (since it new now) on top of the page/search results?

Yes,it may not be in a "clean" way,but isn't the final outcome the same?

Maybe you can advice me, what your plugin can do that "copy & paste " original ad can't.

Not exactly, charge for a new ad is a different concept than bump. Why dont give the site owners the two methods charge? Why not offer free ad creation and charge for bump?
We want to offer an alternative method to make money the site owner
