Your mail is my queue, but we prioritize support requests following a simple method. Customers who bought products and are experiencing problems to make them work are top priority over pre-sales questions. Maybe that's not good today for you, but you'll appreciate that if some day you become a customer.

To be fair,I do not know you have 1900 paid clients who email you questions now and then. In this case of course I can't expect to get a reply to my questions with 24 hours.I will wait up to 1 month ok? you need a beer.

I am ready to be your customer soon even rubencio is a very busy person who just strongly advised me not to buy his products. I will wait for your reply,just have to manage my expectation from you guys that's all. (To be fair, in this part of the world I live, pre-sale email reply usually comes back faster then paid customers )

Sorry, we prefer to take care of our clients and keep them happy than answering pre-sales messages.
We know big companies do exactly the opposite but for us the most important are actual clients.

In this part too, because companies are only worried to get more sales without taking care of their current customers. That's why here, 90% of customers are changing of provider continuosly.
