I would like someone in Atlanta to work on my site. Lots of little changes - ungoing

I just got my classipress last week. So far, very little is working as i pictured it, but im not discouraged and i still see potential.
    I need little things like:

    -The header resized.
-Extra widgets in the widget section. (Why do some widget have the abililty to go on multiple pages, but others only only me to drag it to one area?)
    - the layout. I need that box gone that says something about "welcome to the site, bla, bla bla,) i want my search field to be right there, not under that, or maybe i want me advertisers to be right there.
-I need my admin panel working. some things i click on are just blank. they werent before but now they are.

I need an admin on a regular basis until i learn how to manage the site on my own. I cant imagine that any of the things i need take a lot of work, but i dont even know where to start.
