Confirm email plugin not work!

I purchased the "confirm email plugin".
I have installed and activated the plugin.
Unfortunately I am not a webmaster and I have not much experience.
I was not able to run the plugin.
The site where it is installed is
www.evidenza.it.
Please can I have an indication of all the procedures, possibly with simple examples, of how to run your plugin?

I also want to make a remark about the incompleteness of your ClassiPress.
Why it is not registered by default this very important function in your template?
Does it seem to you via your template right that I should receive every day dozens of bogus registrations because the template is not within its protected nature since its installation?
I was hoping to have bought a professional template and not a very corruptible from any false user!
I hope you can put this essential default function in an upcoming update.
I await urgent response.
