Post an Ad not working

Hi,
I made this website Canary Business using classipress small business edition. I already used this theme in another ws (Auto Permuta – Permute auto e scambi) and everything works perfectly.
In this case I found a problem with the post an ad button. When I click on it it does not allow me to insert ads, but it just takes me to the add-new page where it says:
Sorry, no listings were found.

What's going on?

What did I do wrong?
