Broken Vantage

Hi,

1. Front page not fully loading.
2. Customize section not loading at all.
3. Widget block disappeared.
4. When users click claim list, it tells them the page had expired or no longer exists.
5. Had login and registration problems. They seem to be working fine now.
6. Under the widget and customizer pages, screen options and help panels aren't dropping.
