    Admin-Barnot displaying properly 1.6.5

    admin-bar is displaying strange, the black bar is running across the top but the text is falling below the black bar. It works fine in the back-end.
    I have checked the footer file and it seems fine. I changed back to the parent 1.6.5 and its the same issue(not displaying properly). I disabled all the plug-ins still the same.
