    Job plan usage limit not ending

    Hi
    I have setup some job pack options and included a free trial job plan as one of the options. I have noticed that in any one of two scenarios that employers can post multiple jobs even though the usage limit and job limit is set to 1 . As its free the job goes to the "pending" status and up until its accepted ,multiple jobs can be posted to pending from the same user. Also if the user does not complete the full job submission process, the jobs remain in their dashboard as incomplete drafts. They are then able to complete those listings at a later date and time and they will also be accepted.
