    Upgrade patch for 3.0.3?

    I'm wanting to upgrade from 3.0.3 to 3.1.5 - and I realise I will need to first migrate all my posts over to the new custom post type format.

    However, the earliest download I have in AppThemes "My Account" is 3.0.5.2 to 3.0.5.3 patch... I think I need to get from 3.0.3 to 3.0.5.2 first...

    Where can I find these downloads?

    OR - does the migration wizard now come with 3.1.5 to do a full upgrade from 3.0.3?
