    URGENT: Your site administrator has blocked your access to the WordPress back-office

    I dont know what happened. I was playing around with lost password and this happened.


    "Access Denied.
    Your site administrator has blocked your access to the WordPress back-office."

    Now, I cannot access the admin page
    https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/

    UPDATE:

    there seems to one reference, but its not clear what are methods to solve this.

    I went to logout the normal user, now it does not have Access Denied but redirects to
    https://mydomain.com/login/?redirect...%2Fwp-admin%2F

    PLEASE HELP! URGENT! How can I access wp-admin now ?
